What's the MOQ for ODM orders? If you'd like to customize the logo, package box, manual, label, and the DIY character in the APP, the MOQ for ODM orders is 1000 pcs.
What's the MOQ for OEM orders? OEM orders require a minimum of 3000 pcs. With OEM, you can customize everything-from the product's appearance to all other aspects-fully tailored to your needs!
Can I mix different models to reach the 100 pcs MOQ for stock orders? Yes, absolutely. You can mix different AI toy models to reach a combined total of 100 pcs for stock orders-no need to stick to just one model.

Can I customize the packaging box and instruction manual for a 100 pcs stock order? Of course! We offer packaging customization even for small-batch orders, though the cost per box may range from $3 to $5. The instruction manual can also be customized in small batches-just tell us what you need.

What's the lead time for different orders?

ODM 1000 pcs order: 25 working days

What's the most cost-effective way to ship these large plush toys? If you have your own freight forwarder in Guangdong Province, we can deliver the goods to your warehouse free of charge. LCL (Less than Container Load) or full container shipping is usually the most cost-effective option. Air freight and courier shipping are not recommended since the shipping cost is too high.

What payment terms do you accept? We accept T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance before shipment-simple and secure for both parties.
What's the warranty period? We offer a 1-year warranty for all AI electronic parts. If there's a quality issue, we'll provide free replacement parts to ensure your satisfaction.
Will the sample fee paid at the exhibition be refunded? Yes! You'll get a 100% refund if your bulk order exceeds 100pcs-we appreciate your trust and support.
Is the price negotiable for large quantities? Absolutely! We have tiered discount prices for orders over 3000pcs-the more you order, the better the price. Just let us know your quantity, and we'll provide a competitive quote.
Can I get marketing photos and videos for resale? Yes! We provide free high-definition product photos, short videos, and detailed catalogs for all our clients-perfect for your resale and promotion needs.
