How to ODM own product?
01. Graphic Design
Firstly, you need to provide us with a graphic design sketch that clearly describes the functional details of the product. Our ID engineer can draw a 3D exterior design based on your ideas and requirements for your confirmation.
3days to provide STP file.
If you could provide us 3D exterior design derectly , then we could begin next step .
02. Drawing internal construction
Then once we confrim the 3D exterior design of product, our construction engineer could draw internal construction according to the exterior design .
5 days to finish and send you confirm.
03. Print the 3D mold
After we confirm the internal construction design , we could begin arrange print the 3D mold of shells for make sample .
The material of 3D mold is white resin, not ABS material.
3 days to finish printing .
04. PCB Design
Our electronic engineer will draw circuit board and edit electronic function program to come ture your function .
7 days for PCB sample finish.
05. Assemble the 3D sample
Begin assemble the 3D electronic model to you check the function and device.
1 days to finish .
06. Mold design
Once you confirm the 3D sample , we could begin arrange make tooling for batch production .
30 days will finish T1 sample shell.
And then after 7 days finsih T2 sample shell to you confirm (include engraved labels infomation)
Production qualification:
With imported advanced production equipment, all realize automatic production, clean and tidy workshop and production line workshop for processing.
