• We strictly follow the "Personal Information Protection Law" and GDPR standards. All conversation data is only cached locally and is not uploaded to the cloud by default.

2. Content review: Is the content of AI answers filtered and reviewed? How to prevent answers that are not suitable for children?

• Built-in multi-layer filtering mechanism: A child-friendly answer library is pre-set in the local model, and any AI-generated answers will first be filtered by keywords and semantic security.

• The manual review team regularly checks the question and answer logs (with user consent and desensitization), and continuously optimizes the filtering rules to ensure that no inappropriate content appears.

6. Age of use: What is the recommended age range? What adjustments will be made to the depth and method of AI's answers for different ages?
• Recommended age range 3–8 years old
• For 3-5 years old, we mainly provide nursery rhymes, simple questions and answers, and interesting stories; for 6-8 years old, we add enlightenment knowledge, encyclopedia questions and answers, and logic games.

7. After-sales service: If the machine fails or the answer quality is poor, is there a quick repair/replacement channel? What is the warranty policy?

• National warranty: 12 months warranty for the whole machine and 18 months warranty for electronic components from the date of purchase.

• If the failure is caused by non-human damage during the warranty period, we provide free repair; outside the warranty period, only the cost of accessories is charged.

8. Learning upgrade: Will the AI ​​model be updated regularly? Do you need to pay extra or download large files when updating?

• Firmware and model iterations are pushed free of charge without additional charge. Users can update with one click in the App, and the size of each incremental package is about 30-50 MB.
